A cylinder of a computer has five tracks, numbered 0 through 4, and each track contains four sectors, numbered 0 through 3. It takes 4 ms to move the read/write head from one track to the next, 4 ms to rotate and 1 ms to transfer data. Illustrate by using a table to calculate the seek time, search time, transfer time and total time for the request from the head location.

[NOTE: The head location track is your first digit of your ID, and the sector is your fifth digit of your ID. for example. if your id is 12243421, thus your head location is (1, 3)
