Flip Flops will be used for storing information.

It will be possible to record $3-$bit information in the selected memory row, and $3-$bit information in any selected memory row can be read. $($The information to be read can be taken from switches, and the read data can be displayed on LEDs$)$

The required decoder $($to be used for address row selection and needs to be designed$),$ control signals $($read$/$write$),$ clock signals, select signals, and logic gates can be used. Signals like read$/$write can be generated with the help of switches. Please send a screenshot from Logisim.
