A designer was asked to design connection of four register banks (each 4-bit) which can load the output to a tri-state buffer bus for further use. The provided register banks contained EN input line which could control the output tri-state buffer of each bank. EN=1 means buffer is enables and EN=0 means buffer is high impedance. The designer came up with following design- The client realized that above circuit does not function as expected. Many of the registers were found to be damaged after few cycles of operation. Identify the cause of the problem,Re-design the above circuit such that the identified problem is resolved. (hint: you might need a decoder)
