a) Develop a function to load the recorded data into a matrix (with 2 columns of data namely the timestamp (in mm:ss:SSS format) and the GSR values (in uS)).

use MATLAB and pls follow these guidelines , i have such data idk how to load in matlab it has these heading and their corresponding values:

TimeStamp GSRValue

08:28:100 92
08:28:121 92
08:28:141 91
08:28:161 91

so if it was just the second column to load itd be easy but since there is the first one as well the first idk how to do load them as the question asked (mm:ss:SSS format, matrix). Name of my file is: GSR_FEAR.csv

please use this name cuz then i get confused how to apply

b) Develop a function to implement a 3rd order median filter (median of three neighboring values) to get rid of the spikes from the raw data. Use the filter to process your data by a 3rd order median filter. The function must plot the data before and after filtration.
