A family member is planning to implement a small garden inside their home.

The purpose of the garden is to start growing vegetable plants (like tomato plants) inside during cooler months before they are transplanted outside at the beginning of the warmer season. The scope of the project is to build the garden - growing the seedlings/plants is out of scope of this project. This garden is essentially made up of ~50 plastic cups containing soil and placed together under proper lighting. The lighting system will include a timer to help replicate the long days of summer. Preparing the appropriate soil and establishing watering process is also in scope.

The top priorities for the indoor garden include having proper lighting and ensuring there is no escape of moisture that could cause mold. Other than the person who will be using the garden, there are no other stakeholders to consider.

Your task is to help create a Quality Management Plan for this project.
