A group of six 40-something-year-old men agree to meet at 5:30 a.m. each morning on a street corner in their neighborhood to take a walk together and discuss life before they head off to work. The local municipality enacts an ordinance making any gathering of more than two men illegal on municipal property if it occurs between the hours of 1:00 and 6:00 a.m. These men want to challenge the constitutionality of the new ordinance.
