A group of white supremacist has rallied near EVHS and are chanting racist slurs and rants. A group of students and locals begin to gather as well and are becoming confrontation to the white supremacist. The white supremacist continues to aggressively chant more racial slurs to the crowd and a fight breaks out. Is the rally protected by the First Amendment and does it pass the Brandenburg test
