A guest has discreetly approached you and described the behaviour of a resort team member as 'a bit suspect'. The guest does not wish to lodge a formal complaint, but feels 'a little uncomfortable' following the situation. The guest and their partner were relaxing during the late afternoon in their private outdoor spa tub wearing bathing attire. They were briefly visible to passing pedestrian traffic, but were not in a location that encouraged any loitering or prolonged observation. A service team member, who was only described as 'a young man in resort uniform', is alleged to have walked past three or four times and appeared to be 'staring or leering' at the couple in the tub on each occasion. There were no other guest complaints or witnesses. You have interpreted the situation to potentially fit into the category of sexual harassment. You have no names or identifying features that enable you to speak to a specific team member, but you can narrow the field of possible employees to four young men who were working in the area at that time. I would like to have a meeting with you guys. Follow by customers, think you guys did a sexual harassment. Even if you guys didn't do anything, customers think like that so which means you did something wrong. First 1. In approximately 150 words, describe what actions you could take to address these concerns within the organizational and policy guidelines
