A health care department has decided to implement brainstorming as a method to increase ideas from the employees that can improve communication and morale. During the first brainstorming session, no one was sure what the session was about and there were many distractions of noise and people moving about During the early part of the session, the supervisor rolled her eyes and let out a heavy sigh when an employee offered up an idea. Very few ideas were generated, and little interaction then took place. Do you think this was a properly run brainstorming session?
