Unfortunately, the ovens broke down and this prevented Hong from providing bread to his customers.Hong is desperate to have the ovens fixed quickly but the only recognised repairer in his area has a huge amount of outstanding work to do. The repairer will not give Hong's work priority treatment unless Hong agrees to pay him twice as much per hour for his labour as he would ordinarily charge Hong. Reluctantly, Hong agrees to his terms and the ovens are fixed and Hong is able to conduct business again. Hong now wants the agreement to pay the repairer's extortionate costs set aside. Hong wants to take legal action in contract law.Advise Hong.
