Empathy

Caring attitude

Can get IV in on first try

Provides information about condition

Treats family with respect

Explains medical procedures

Dressed appropriately

Takes time with patient

Goes the extra mile for the patient

Is an advocate for the patient with physicians

Responds quickly to patient call light

Asks patient how he or she is feeling

Seems to really care about the patient's recovery

Develop appropriate categories for these items and construct an affinity diagram.
