If you are pushed into a rigid context, then you will have the proper style and troits to lead, and if you are pushed into a chaotic context, you will also possess the proper style and traits to lead. Key points: (1) Avoid settling into one state (ordered or chaotic); it's all about being able to transition in-between states. (2) Be sure to immediately recognize the type of context (ordered or chaotic) that you are within at a given time os well as the relevant style and traits that it'll require.
