A key objective of this research project is to determine how well students are able to apply the knowledge, skills, and abilities they have acquired as a result of taking this course. Students are required to submit a final research project in which they develop and independently propose a framework for change management for any organization that is experiencing issues that require a change management framework. Assignments Questions 1. Describe the vision, mission, and objectives of the chosen business organization, as well as its products and services. 2. Identify the problems that the company faces (symptoms) and analyze the root causes of the problem (the specific causes of the problem) 3. The main players in decision making should be identified and the effectiveness of their roles assessed. 4. Analyze and critically evaluate the policies and strategies that have already been implemented to combat the problem (if any) 5. Make a proposal for four short-term and three long-term solutions (for each) and discuss how each might affect various stakeholders. 6. Describe the proposed best solution (from the student's perspective) 7. Summarize or conclude your report. 8. References
