A lack of staffing for leaders who could deliver training to new sailors is one of the main challenges that I need to address as the leader of the training team, which is a department that is a component of an organization that is employed by the United States Navy. Adapting new technical devices to use in order to save a significant amount of time for chores and to innovate processes is the second difficulty that will need to be addressed. The final issue that has to be discussed is the lack of funds that is required to make it possible for workers to attend school in order to acquire the necessary training to become effective in their employment
