A laptop computer repair shop has the following process: The first step performed is Diagnosis which takes 30 minutes per laptop. This is followed by a Prepare activity in which the laptop is prepared for the actual repair. This activity includes locating parts required for repair and takes 20 minutes per laptop. The final step is Repair which takes 50 minutes per laptop. The shop currently has four employees of which one employee works in Diagnosis, one employee works in Prepare and two employees in Repair.
