A machine that cuts metal needs overhauling if the output exceeded 4.5% tolerance. It's satisfactory output is less than or equal 0.8%. Assumed that the sample has 100 items. If through sample proportion out of tolerance items is greater than 3%, the machine will be overhauled.

I am trying to calculate the probability that a satisfactory machine will be overhauled and the probability that it in need of overhauling will be left in operstion.
