A manager from a developing country is in charge of a multinational's operations in a country plagued by drug trafficking and lawlessness. A representative of a local "big man" approaches the manager one day and requests a "donation" to assist the big man in providing housing for the underprivileged. The envoy informs the manager that the large man will ensure that the manager has a productive stay in his country in exchange for the donation. There are no threats, but the manager is well aware that the huge man is the leader of a criminal organisation involved in drug trafficking.
