A manufacturing company is planning to produce three different products Plants 1, 2 and 3 have sufficient production capacity to manufacture any of the three products. Plants 4 and 5 do not have the capability to manufacture Product 3. The corresponding unit manufacturing costs are shown below, along with daily sales forecasts for each product, and daily plant capacities. Management has decided that each product must be assigned to only one plant and that no plant must be assigned more than one product. Solve this problem as an assignment problem.
