A mission and vision statement should state in a rather abbreviated form the essence of what the organization represents to the customer as well key stakeholders of the community.  In health care and for health care systems their customers are represented by the patients served as well the providers that use their facilities as their "workshop".  For any health system there are a number of community stakeholders.  Develop a mission and vision statement for ECRH.  The mission and vision statement should represent not only where you find the organization today but also where you would like to be in the future.
