a non-conformance statement for the following audit finding: Review of the records for cleaning the plating tank showed that on Mar 3, 2018 the chemical concentration was measured at 0.006% and were not treated before disposal event though procedure 8.5 states that chemical concentrations of >0.004% need to be treated.
