A palindrome is a word or a number or a sequence of units that is able to be read the same way from either direction, be it forwards or backwards. Punctuation and spaces between the words or lettering is allowed.

Write a function template named palindrome that takes a vector parameter and returns true or false depending on whether the vector does or does not read the same forward as backward (e.g., a vector containing 1,2,3,2,1 is a palindrome, but a vector containing 1,2,3,4 is not).

Call this function from a driver program, passing it a vector of the individual digits of a number input by a user (vector) and display if the number is a palindrome or not. Call this function again, this time passing it a vector of chars (vector) of a string input by a user and display if the string is a palindrome or not.

You can try the numbers 12321 and 12341. For strings, try the strings ABABA and RACECAR
