A partnership agreement can contain any of the following terms except those that I have indicated "X" beside (I have put "Y" beside the others):

The name of the partnership shall be "Trinket Makers of the World". (X or Y )

In the event of a dispute between the partners, a boxing match shall be held between the disputing partners and the victor of such match shall decide what action to take. (X or Y)

All partners shall understate their personal income taxes by 15% annually. (X or Y)

Any partner may nominate a new partner, so long as the new partner is of the same religion. (X or Y)

The partnership shall terminate at noon on December 31, 2025. (X or Y)

All partners shall have a steak with dinner daily. (X or Y)

In the event that a client of the partnership does not pay their bill, the partner responsible for that client must inform the client that if they do not pay their bill, their house will be burned down. (X or Y)

Partners, as a display of our political opinions against conformity, shall always cross the street outside of a crosswalk. (X or Y)
