Currently the asset management department of the hospital has designated staffs that manage the equipment records, usage and maintenance. This staffs are supervised by a manager and the manager is responsible to prepare the necessary reports to be presented during the monthly management meeting. Any equipment in the hospital has to be formally requested or reserved with the asset management department before it can be borrowed by the hospital staff. The staffs of the asset management department are responsible to keep records of equipment borrowed, damaged, disposed, and those that need servicing. These staffs are also responsible to contact the equipment vendors for repair or servicing of equipment when the need arises. As an appointed system analyst, you are required to:
a List all the functional and nonfunctional requirements for the proposed system.
b Draw the use case diagram to represent the actors and the use cases of this system.
For this assignment purpose, you are required to identify at least functional requirements, nonfunctional requirements, actorsroles relationship, and relationship.
