A process consists of two stirred tanks with input $q$ and outputs $T_1$ and $T_2($see the Figure below$).$ To test the hypothesis that the dynamics in each tank are basically first$-$order, a step change in $q$ is made from $31$ to $34\frac{L}{m}in,$ with output response given in the Table below. Use computer software $($preferably Excel Solver$)$ to find the values of ${}_1$ and ${}_2.$ Plot the experimental data $($as discrete points$)$ and the model $($as continuous curve$).$
