a Question 2 O / 5 pts There are 200 students in RMIT's three postgraduate programs which has MATH2267 Data Visualisation as an elective who have not yet completed this course. Given the popularity of the course, there is an 90% probability for each student to enrol into this course, independent of others, during the enrolment period. Based on the historical numbers it is known that the students who inially enrolled in a course, drop courses with a weekly rate distributed as normal with 2.5% mean and 1% standard deviation over the rst four weeks of the semester until the census date. Program team aims to book a room to make sure 100% utilisation by the census date so are forced to put a quota higher than the room capacity, and currently the enrolment quota sits 10% above the room capacity. RMIT currently has rooms of sizes 140, 150, 160, 170 and 180 that ts the requirements of this course. If the program team books a room with excess capacity they are penalised 10 units for each unit of excess capacity, it there are students in the class with no seats, there is a penalty of 20 units for each student, if there are students who cannot enrol initially due to the enrolment quota, there is a penalty of 5 units per student. Simulate this system (1000 students who Initially enrolled In a course, drop courses with a weekly rate distributed as normal with 2.5% mean and 1% standard deviab'on over the rst four weeks of the semester until the census date. Simulate this system (1000 times) to determine the best value for the room capacity. Note that enrolment quota and room capacity are linked and determining one will determine the other. We assume the students can only enrol during the enrolment period, and cannot take place of the students who drop the unit later. Determine the best room size to use in this case
