overall customer satisfaction which includes many elements among which the most important are
consistency, timely and quality meals.
A good portion of the revenues earned by restaurant are through the delivery service. They want
the food service to be quick and with the best quality possible. Therefore, Los Mariscos incorporates
a freshness guarantee and a promise delivery within a predetermined period of time, specifying that
late deliveries will be free of charge.
At the same time, the company doesn't employ any delivery courier: orders are delivered by
independent contractors (similar to Uber drivers). They use an app that connect customers, and
drivers to their booking systems, Customers can track their orders while drivers can register their

1- Drivers can accept or reject a delivery at their convenience.
2- Once a driver accepts a delivery, he is contracted for the next hour. The contract can be tacitly
renewed on the same basis.
3- Drivers are given a fixed cost of 30AED? per hour once hired plus a variable cost of 0.75
AED per km. They can be assigned as many deliveries as possible during the hour.
4- Customers are charged 10 AED per delivery, However, if the order is not delivered within
45 minutes, then the delivery will be free of charge.
