In a business, if there is no fair wages and no good services then there is no maximizing profits and end up losing the business, employees rights is everything when it comes to doing a business, without them a business would not be corporate which is why in order to make a successful business, employees has the right to work in a safe and healthy environment to fulfill the needs of a business, listening to the employees needs are important. If a company offers minimum wage but the work needs to be done worth more, then most likely the employee will find a different job for a higher pay wage especially in this time of day where Canada got hit by inflation and everything is getting expensive. Rights are everywhere it is not just at work but at school, home and in public too, If you are a father and you take the chocolate away from your child that he was so happy to eat, the child would cry and make a tantrum.
