A retailer hires George as a store detective. George observes Jane, who he suspects is a shoplifter. Immediately before she leaves the store George asks her to come with him to his office after he noticed she was wearing two sweaters. Jane feels intimidated by George so she accompanies him to the security office in the store. Two hours later the store manager comes to the security office and discovers neither one of the sweaters that she was wearing was owned by the store. At that point the store manager lets her go home .
