A sea otter and a killer whale are placed in a tank together, with normal habitat along with both of the animal's normal prey for a period of time. By doing this one can see whether the killer whale still attacks the sea otter. Afterwards, do the opposite and try putting the two together without their normal prey for a period of time and see whether the killer whale will attack to sea otter.
