A secret agent has just stolen the Ultimate Top Secret codes from a terrorist organization. Their mission is to throw the information disk off the San Francisco Bridge onto a small ship that is waiting stationary. The agent gets to the edge of the bridge and sees the ship. Using an angle up towards the sky, they throw the disk... which falls short and goes into the water. Luckily the secret agent made a backup copy. If they throw it with the same velocity as before, should they increase the angle of the throw to make it to the stationary ship? (You can consider no external factors are present such as wind or clouds.)
