A series of experiments were conducted to determine the kinetic coefficients of an enzyme obtained for the purpose of hydrolyzing starch in the presence of amylase. The experiments were carried out in a batch reactor $(2L)$ with a constant enzyme concentration $(4m\frac{g}{L}).$ The starch concentration over time was measured starting with different initial concentrations. The data obtained is given below. Determine the appropriate kinetic model and coefficients.
