It can dissociate to B and A or it can proceed to produce P. k3 (2) ki A+B2Dk, A+P kz The dynamics of these reactions are described by the following system of non-linear ordinary dif- ferential equations: CB= -k CBCa+k2Cp CA= -kiCBCA + (k2 + k3)CD (3) Cp = k CCA-(k2 + k3)Cp Cp=k3Cp, where every k is a reaction rate constant and C; = [i] is the concentration of the chemical species. The initial values of the concentrations are CBo=0.5, C10 = 5 x 10 5, Cpo = Cpo = 0 and the reaction rate constants are ki = 2 x 103, k2 = 2 x 10 3 and k3 = 22. Obtain the time evolution of C, until steady state using MATLAB function ode23s. Infer from your plots the reactant, product, catalysts, and intermediate species in this reaction
