A simple C program for displaying the nth digit after a decimal point

Input: enter 3 numbers e.g. 7 15 3

Whereby 7 and 15 represent a fraction to compute e.g. 7/15 and 3 represents the nth digit after the decimal point.

For example 7/ 15 = 0.46666.

The 3rd digit after the decimal point is 6 so the output would be 6
