A simple project idea is to build a villa. The time schedule is developed for the major activities in this project. The duration time, ID (name), and dependency relationship, for each activity are listed in the Table. 1) Construct a network diagram to represent the schedule using precedence diagram method. 2) Calculate the overall time needed to complete the project ( project duration) 3) Determine the critical path for the project. 4) Calculate the free float for each activity on the network diagram. (write it down on the diagram next to the activity box) 5) Calculate the total float in this project
