A site manager of a company believes the number of profit made by each projects depends on number of miles to closest competition, office space in thousands of square feet in surrounding community, college and university enrollment (in RM) in nearby university and/or college, median household income (in RM) in surrounding community and distance (in miles) to the downtown care. Data are randomly collected from 100 samples of the projects.
