A small size company having $2MM revenue and is growing. They had only 15 employee and hiring 10 more. Their only HR member used to capture the employee payroll manually. Due to significant growth expected in coming years, company hired a management consultant, and based on their recommendation, the CEO decided to move on to an automatic payroll system from existing manually captured one. They made a contract with ABC company for the electronic payroll system.

You are the project manager for ABC company, and you are advised to complete the project within three months. Here is the contract from a high-level standpoint:

1) New payroll system will have option to have 150 employees.

2) Total project cost $250,000(Two fifty thousand $CAD)

3) There will be electronic timecard system based in Face ID and three of them will be installed (One at manufacturing entry, Second at warehouse gate and third in front of main admin building). You need a contractor to install them in two days

4) The software is to be written and it should have employee ID, Employee number, Facial identification (with camera in build in all three terminals). Employee will require to login and logout at start and end of work.

5) The software will calculate the total hours worked for each employee biweekly and will calculate their earnings based on hourly rate. You need to have a meeting with HR Manager of that company to get their hourly rate, employee picture, name etc. and this is confidential. You will need to consult a lawyer for non-disclosure agreement.

6) The software will export the report in excel every two weeks and send it to HR Manager automatically.

7) The software needed to be tested three weeks before handover and needed company's approval before commissioning. The installation can be started after the approval.

8)Two software engineers from your team (ABC) will be posted at company's site and required to stay there for three days for support.

9) Also, two project members will be there to train of all 25 employees.
