I really enjoyed hearing Angelica Perez speak to us about Levi's stadium, her role, and background information. Her role's goal as a Special Events Manager is to generate revenue for Levi's Stadium. I learned that you can do private events at the stadium. What I found really shocking was how much the minimum rental fee for private events at the Levi's Stadium starts at and that is $10,000. I just found it really shocking because she mentioned how sometimes they just have like 3 tables set up of people, and to pay $10,000 seems like a lot to me. I also found it really interesting how she talked about the Ungerboeck CRM which is like a hub in a profile for revenue management. The sales she makes for private events, they're seen under the Ungerboeck CRM by her leadership, There are also commissions that they earn from their event sales. She also mentioned that there are internships and job postings open usually once football season starts and we should definitely apply as we might get called in. She never did any internship and look where she's at now. Overall, it was very interesting and informative hearing from Angelica Perez. Reply'I'i' Angelica explained to us how man people she holds events for and how they are starting to get more recognition for Santa Clara Levis Stadium. They can start from being public events to private events. There is only 6 people on her team but they have two other teams that also help with setting up these events. They hold meetings that they can see how to operate to that event on a day to day basis. They have a system and schedule that helps them plan events that are considered black out dates so they don't interfere with the San Francisco 49ers. or even anything to do with the eld maintenance that needs to be done or even replaced for other events such as concerts. Social media has been a good outreach for people to keep up with events that they plan. They have some sale strategies that help them as well and resources
