A solar photovoltaic panel with dimension (x t) 1.5 m X 0.5 m X 0.02 m is mounted on top of a roof as shown in Figure Q2. The surface temperature of the panel and the ambient temperature are measured to be at 65 °C and 35 °C respectively. 

(a) During a windy day with wind speed of 20.5 m/s in parallel direction of the width of the panel, determine the heat transfer rate from the upper surface of the solar photovoltaic panel.

(b) During a normal day where there is no wind, determine the heat transfer rate from the upper surface of the solar photovoltaic panel.
