A sonogram of the gallbladder was preformed on the above referenced patient three days ago. echo texty-one word The liver is normal is size and is heterogeneous in echo texture, but is increased in echogenicity. The appearance is consistent with fatty infiltration of areas of the liver. There is no evidence of intrahepatic duct dilatation, the gallbladder is normal in size. The right kidney measure 11.4 cm in length. There is a small lower right calculus in this kidney. The left kidney measure 11 cm in length. Several anechoic structures are identified within the central collecting system of the left kidney. These do not appear to communicate and are consistant in appearance with several peripelvic cysts. There is no hydronephrosis. There is no evidence of ascites. DIAGNOSIS: 1. Fatty infiltration of the liver 2.
