A student is struggling with a job situation and thought some of you might be able to help. This student is working in a profitable company that has been in business for 23 years. The problem is that the management has a "we have always done it this way" attitude. However, the student has learned from their studies that there are some great opportunities for improvement in their area. Suggestions seem to be ignored. They listen, but don't seem very interested in researching or implementing any of the innovative ideas.
