A study conducted in October 2023 by BAQ Research to determine the average number of people who respond to a fraudulent invitation to establish a romantic relationship that is electronic fraud. The report at the United States level established the average age of clients is 62.5 years, the standard deviation was 4.8 clients. After an orientation process in recent months to increase the awareness of older clients to avoid further falling into banking fraud, a sample of 64 clients was collected and reflected an average age of 55 years. At a significance level of .10, can we conclude that the age of Puerto Rican clients who respond to electronic banking fraud has decreased?
