A study was conducted to examine the exercise compliance of faculty and graduate students during the pandemic. A group of 80 volunteers were randomly assigned to one of four treatment conditions as described below. Each group consisted of 20 individuals. At the end each week, each participant completed an exercise compliance form.

Group 1 - Walk in the Wellness Center three times a week. Group 2 - Walk in the Wellness Center three times a week with a friend. Group 3 - Walk in the Wellness Center three times a week using you iPod or phone loaded with your favorite music (e.g. Beatles) Group 4 - Walk in the Wellness Center three times a week and get to go to your favorite outdoor restaurant afterwards.
