One of the employees was promoted to supervisor about two months ago. After this worker was promoted to supervisor, another worker began acting aggressively and harassingly toward her. She would voice her issues to the supervisor and insist on having them resolved right away. She would make up stories and send misleading emails to the supervisor's boss. Additionally, she would speak out and address the supervisor in a mocking manner. The other two workers in our unit and I would frequently hear the supervisor vent his aggravation. I advised her to write down every occurrence and speak with our supervisor. After observing the actions taken against our supervisor, my coworkers and I agreed that we should support her. We determined that if she decided to take action against the employee with human resources or our union, we would support her in speaking with our boss and the higher ups.
