(A) the planned topic/focus of your final paper (that's due May 14) and question(s) you plan to address; (B) a tentative outline of your final paper in formal outline format (I,A,1,a, etc.); (C) how you plan to connect your work and observations in the organization with social science literature and concepts; (D) what you've done so far in the organization; (E) an Interview Guide of numbered questions that you would ask that you could use in your project (this part of the Project Progress Report is about 1 single-spaced page, including probing and follow-up questions) and a description of someone you would like to interview for your project (i.e., their position, why you chose them, and what you expect or hope to learn from the interview)
