A travel agency with many branches arranges package tours for tourists. It is desired to build an online system to manage the booking of tour packages. The system is expected to handle up to 1000 users at a time and the interface is expected to design with lot of animations and multimedia Guest users or visitors will be able to view various tour packages organized by the travel agency Registered users (tourists) will be able to book tour packages. In order to complete the booking they are required to select tour type which means individual or group, to choose package type, choose tour guide If there is no individual package available the system rejects the order The online payment option need to be used for the payment, if the details are incorrect or incomplete the system rejects the payment. The acceptance of payment and completion of tour booking will be notified to the tourist by the system Each group must be guided by a single staff and must belong to a single package and each package must be coordinated by one staff. Tourists can join package tour groups only through any one of the agency's branches and the branch details need to be recorded for each booking The front end staff will be able to upload available tour types, package types, and upload promotion offers. When they upload promotion offers they are required notify their tourists. The finance department staff will be able to upload and edit the prices of the tour packages, will be able to receive payments and print receipts. The tourist guide will be able to view their schedule. Staff and tourist must login to the system to perform their activities.
