Vladimir was supposed to be present and be able to perform a certain obligation (installation of the trees) on June 30th, but is unable to do so because a storm cut off all practical means of transportation to the job site. This is may be Force Majeure, which would forgive Vladimir's inability to perform as per his contract. He is not found liable and the job was rescheduled for the following morning. b. He is found liable and as a result had to pay damages and expenses for the trees not being installed by June 30th, 2023
