Using the information provided in Table 2 prepare a master programme for the project and then indicate its progress to date using the information provided in Table 3. [7 marks] b. Calculate the project performance to date and show in a table. Discuss the likely outcome for the project at completion if performance remains unchanged. [12 marks] c. Indicate graphically the earned value, budget and actual cost values week by week. On the same graph demonstrate the SV and CV values. Your graph does not have to be fully accurate but should indicate the shape and relative positions of the values. [6 marks]
