a woman who has become a PR but she only went home with her 2 kids for months because she said she couldn't handle her children growing up without their father and hasn't returned since she went home. When she returned home to the Philippines, she became pregnant. 10 years ago, she wanted to return again for the future of her children, but because she could no longer fulfil her residency obligation, they were refused.
