(a)Assuming Sulaiman proceeds with the purchase of a truck as mention in (a) above.However, it is quite unfortunate during the monsoon season recently, Sulaiman could not make good profit in his business. Consequently he has defaulted in making two monthly instalment payments. Venture Bank is now taken a step to repossess the truck. Advise Sulaiman on his right in this situation.
