It offers an array of breakfast, lunch and dinner menu including morning and afternoon tea. It employs 5 staff to manage around 55 customers per day. Lastly, Cyril Brown conducts team meetings 30 minutes before and after every shift. Incidents are properly recorded in a logbook and reports are completed every day before close of business.
